For organizers
Sell your tickets here.
Keep the money from the sale.
Your page, your link, your audience. We do the checkout, the tickets and the door — and the fee comes off at the charge, so your money never sits with us: it's yours from the moment it's paid.
- Free to list
- Paid out at the sale
- One fee, nothing else from us

the link you put in your bio, story and group chats
What you get
Everything from the first click to the last scan.
A page that looks like your event
Cover, description, line-up, venue and map, ticket types — one page a buyer can decide on.
Checkout that works on a phone
Card payment, confirmation and tickets by email — a PDF with a scannable code. No account needed to buy.
Money at the moment of sale
The payment processor splits it at the charge into your own account. We never hold your ticket money, so there is nothing to wait for.
A link that previews properly
Posted to WhatsApp or Facebook your cover image, title and date show up as a card — not a naked URL.
Scan at the door
Any phone camera, no hardware to hire. Invite marshals with one link that ends when their shift does.
Refunds, statements, a door list
Refund from the panel, see every fee you were charged as a PDF, and print the sheet for when the venue's Wi-Fi dies. A refund fee applies per ticket, and it's shown before you press refund.
Being honest
We list and sell.
We don't run your campaign.
No ticketing platform can fill a room it has never heard of. What we do is make your page findable — it lands in What's on, in its category, in its city, and in search — and then hand you a link that works everywhere you already talk to people.
The link is the marketing. Your status, your story, your bio, your group chats, your flyer, your venue's post. Post it once and it's a rumour; post it three times over two weeks and it's an event.
That's why we don't sell you a "marketing package" and why nobody here will promise you numbers. You keep the audience you built — we just make sure that when they click, the page and the payment work.
The shopfront
Five fields decide whether a link turns into a sale.
Every one of them is in the form you fill in. Get these right before you share anything.

1
The cover image
Event · Cover imageIt is the thumbnail in every WhatsApp and Facebook preview — people judge it before they read a single word. Landscape, bright, with the event name on it.
-
2
The first line of the description
Event · DescriptionOn a phone most buyers read the first two lines and stop. Say what it is, who it's for, and why this one.
-
3
Category, city and venue
Event · Category · VenueThis is how a stranger finds you with no link at all — the category rail and the area filter are the only free discovery there is.
-
4
Ticket types people can choose between
Event · Ticket typesOne "General" works. An early-bird with a real difference works better — it gives the link a deadline.
-
5
Doors and start time
Event · Starts at"Doors 19:00, show 20:00" saves twenty phone calls on the day, and stops the early crowd standing outside.
Your first week
The launch checklist.
Print it, pin it, do it in this order. None of it needs us.
Open your own link on your phone. If it doesn't sell you on your own event, it won't sell a stranger.
Buy one ticket yourself, then refund it. You learn the buyer's whole journey for the price of a ticket — and you find out before they do if something is broken.
Put the link everywhere you already are. Status, story, bio, group chats, the flyer's QR code. The QR is the flyer's second life.
Post again 7 days out and the day before. One post is a rumour. Three over two weeks is an event.
Ask the venue, the DJ and the sponsor to repost it. They have an audience you don't and it costs them nothing.
Watch tickets sold, not comments. "Can't wait" is not a sale. The panel's number is what tells you whether to spend on ads.
On the day: print the door list, invite your marshals, scan. Expect the venue's Wi-Fi to fail — that's why the list is on paper and the scanner runs on your own data.
What it costs
One rate, on the ticket, paid by you.
The price on your page is the price the buyer pays. Our cut comes out of it at the sale — not out of the buyer's pocket, and not out of next month's payout.
Inside the price the buyer sees — they are never charged extra at checkout, and there is no other charge from us. Volume and long-running events can be agreed differently; the rate you're on is always shown in your panel under Fees.
- Card processing fee
- The processor's fee, not ours — you'd pay it with any processor. Roughly 3.5% on a R600 ticket
- When you're paid
- At the moment of sale, into your own account. Not the Friday after the event
Your first event takes a few minutes.
Create the account, add the event, share the link. We'll be at the door.
